RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping at Amarelo Jewels by Sue. We hope you love your accessories as much as we do.  We accept returns but only store credit, no refunds.

All earrings are final sale and are NOT RETURNABLE.

All SALE pieces are final sale and are not elegible to return.

You must pay for shipping.

The colors may appear to you slightly different than they are. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item, please feel free to contact me.

If the item doesn't fit (ring or necklaces), we have a " 4 day after arrival" exchange policy to have it re-sized. Please contact me before returning an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.                                      

Replacement for broken pieces are only accepted 4 days after delivery date, restrictions may apply and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Store credit only.
